Misfits RP – Terms of Service
By making a purchase through the Misfits RP store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. 🎮 Digital Goods Only
All items offered in our store are non-physical, digital assets designed for use exclusively within the Misfits RP FiveM server. This includes, but is not limited to, in-game currency, vehicles, scripts, clothing, and custom features. These are delivered immediately or shortly after any minor development work is completed.
2. 💰 No Refunds Policy
Due to the instant-access nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances, regardless of the reasoning behind the request.
3. 🔁 Exchange Requests
Players may request an exchange for purchased digital goods within 24 hours of delivery. All exchange requests are subject to approval by server ownership or senior management.
4. 🛠️ Revisions to Products
Revisions or adjustments to purchased items can be requested within 72 hours of delivery. After that, we do not accept further changes or modification requests.
5. ⚠️ Buyer Responsibility
It’s your responsibility to ensure that any item you purchase is compatible with your character, server role, and intended use. Be sure to carefully read product descriptions, images, and details before confirming a purchase.
6. 🧰 Tech Support & Assistance
If you experience any technical issues with your purchase, our team will do their best to help. Please open a support ticket in our Discord or email us at misfitsrphelp@gmail.com for assistance.
7. 🔐 Fraud & Unauthorized Payments
We take fraud seriously. If a purchase is found to be unauthorized or fraudulent, we reserve the right to revoke access to any items purchased and apply further server penalties if necessary.
8. 🚫 Chargebacks = Blacklist
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in a permanent blacklist from Misfits RP and removal of all in-game entitlements. This is a strict policy with zero tolerance.
9. ❗ Unauthorized Use & Redistribution
You are not allowed to copy, modify, redistribute, or resell any item purchased from Misfits RP. Any such activity will result in removal of access and possible legal or server action.
10. 📜 Terms Subject to Change
We may update or modify this policy at any time. It’s your responsibility to stay up to date by reviewing the terms regularly. Any changes will apply to both new and existing purchases.
11. ⛔ Bans & Suspensions
If your account is suspended or banned from the server, any associated assets may be revoked and re-listed in our store inventory without notice or compensation.
12. 🔧 Package & Asset Changes
We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove store packages and in-game assets at any time to maintain server balance and progression. These changes may happen without prior warning.
